Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in Canada and the mainland United States.

How quickly do you ship?
Most orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days of receipt (Tuesday to Friday). Orders received after 2:00 pm PST are considered received the next business day. The destination address will determine how long it will take to arrive once we have shipped the order.

Do your prices include taxes and shipping?
All prices on the site are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at check-out. Once your order is ready for shipping you will receive an emailed invoice for the shipping cost. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

How do you ship?
Orders are shipped by Canada Post, Expedited Parcel, unless otherwise requested. If you receive an item that is damaged and it is obvious it occurred during handling by the carrier, you as the receiver, are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.

How do you process pick-up orders?
If you would like to pick up your website order please indicate "for pick-up" in the comments section at check out and your preferred pickup day. Most orders can be processed within 1-3 business days and I will do my best to meet your requested date. You will then receive a confirming email with pickup instructions and the combination for the lock.

How do I return an item?
If at any time you are dissatisfied with your purchase, a product I have made, please feel free to return it for exchange or for another product of similar value.  Sorry, we do not offer cash refunds.
